All of Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół jewelry is custom-made and manufactured by our family. If you are interested in a piece that is not available or on backorder, please call us, and we can tell you when the item(s) will be available. Because Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół custom pieces are made, there may be a 1-3 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Online Return Policy:

Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół takes pride in the quality of our merchandise crafted by family and friends, and we are confident that you will be delighted. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all, Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. 

Please provide insurance and a signature requirement for the returned package for the full purchase price. Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 15 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the exchange amount.

It’s a fair way of doing business. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Yoo' Dóó Jaatł'óół automatically voids the warranty.
