At Yoodoojaa, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Each item in the online catalog can be viewed in detail through photos, and some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size due to differences in viewers’ computer monitor and cell phone screen settings. Therefore, sizes may vary slightly. Some of Yoodoojaa’s online catalog items include measurements for each piece in their descriptions.
Product Availability
All Yoodoojaa jewelry is custom-made and crafted by family and friends. If you are interested in a piece that is not available or is on back order, please call us, and we can let you know when the item(s) will be available. Because Yoodoojaapieces are custom-made, there may be a 1-3 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Online Return Policy:
Yoodoojaa is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Each Yoodoojaa item includes measurements for every piece. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise, crafted by family and friends, and we are confident you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your online or telephone purchase for any reason, Yoodoojaa will issue a refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and securely contained within the box.
Please provide insurance and a signature requirement for the returned package to cover the full purchase price. Yoodoojaa is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must include the original sales receipt.

Yoodoojaa will process your return upon receipt of the package. Yoodoojaa will examine the returned jewelry to ensure it has not been damaged or excessively worn during the 15-day period.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the exchange amount.

You will have 2 options: standard overnight and ground shipping, with delivery in 1-5 business days.

All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address.
Limited Warranty:
Yoodoojaa offers a limited warranty on all items in its online catalog. If something is found to be wrong due to faulty workmanship, Yoodoojaa will fix it. It’s that simple. It’s a fair way to do business. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Yoodoojaa automatically voids the warranty.
